1. Program Description

Beehive Mortgage, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) service to provide secure access to our business platform. By enrolling in our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages containing one-time verification codes required to log in to our platform.

2. Enrollment & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our SMS enrollment page at www.bhvmortgage.com/bhv/sms-opt-in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Beehive Mortgage, LLC for authentication and security purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Messages are sent only when you log in to our platform. You will receive up to 5 messages per day based on login activity. No marketing or promotional messages will be sent.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Beehive Mortgage, LLC does not charge any fees for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by:

After canceling, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Please note that canceling SMS will disable two-factor authentication on your account, which may affect your ability to access our platform.

7. Supported Carriers

8. Privacy & Data Use

Your phone number and SMS consent information are used solely for the purpose of providing two-factor authentication services. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SMS messaging services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. Beehive Mortgage, LLC is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or other factors beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
